I have some RFI issues with the ECM motor in my furnace... S7 - S8 when its running, zero to almost zero when its shut down. The rig is a TS480HX. The furnace is a Rheem model number RGPR-07EBRQR. Has anybody else run into RFI issues with ECM motors?? What did you use for a work-around? FWIW, its not
the thermostat or 24v control system, its the motor and/or the motor control.... I hear the sound change when the motor ramps up to speed, or
    ramps back down.

    Any help please??

I replaced the control board and the RFI noise level dropped to S5 when the blower is running... need to make a run to the electronics supply house and get a fist full of ferrites and toroids.

You sure it wasn't a loose ground? Might have inadvertently made that
better when you swapped that out.

Make sure all the motor chassis bits are grounded appropriately. Should
    help.
