Just off the top of my head.
1A, Call the skywarn number after a deep
breath, and with clear mouth.
1B, do not call Skywarn while eating potato
chips or burping from carbonated beverages.
2a, Call when at a safe location.
2b, Do not call while in heavy traffic, and
while trying to see the storm action behind
your moving vehicle.
3a. Use polite and technical terms.
3b, do not call the skywarn number to tell em
the sky is the biggest effin mofo yo ass done
seen. Items four and five will be written later.
