"ZoomIt provides three useful tools for almost any presentation including a screen zoom, annotation tool, and break timer. The zoom option helps focus on a specific point or part of the screen while the annotation tool can help emphasize or edit what's shown (press Ctrl+S to save a screenshot).
The program includes customizable hotkeys, zoom levels, two different kinds of zoom (a "live" zoom as well as a passive read-only view), and a variety of different annotation features."
