I haven't used this one yet, but The Windows Club has always provided
good stuff as far as I know.

I would ignore the "Download Windows Speedup Tool to fix errors and make
PC run faster" link at the top of the page though. It takes you to a
promotion of Fortect software. Fortect appears to be safe but I haven't
looked into it enough yet to say for sure.

I just ran FixWin 11 through Virustotal:

There were two flags, "MaxSecure" and "VBA32". They're most likely false positives, but your call of course.

I wasn't going to post the entire website in this newsgroup. If you take
the time to go to the home page and scroll down about a third of the way
to where it says "Here is the list of fixes offered by FixWin 11 for
Windows 11 and Windows 10", you will see a very clear list of what the
program can repair.

And also note on that same page that under the heading "How to repair
Windows 11 problems using FixWin 11", the fourth item is "Next, we
insist that you create a System Restore Point. The provided button will
create one. We always recommend that you create one before making any
changes to your system. Should you wish or need to, you can always go
back to this Restore Point."
