    Greetings!

    I am posting to introduce myself to the newsgroup. I am a novce class licensee lookingto upgrade to Advanced or Amatuer Extra. I would appreciate any tips on where to get started in study. I specifically would like information on the new FCC rule changes that are in effect for bandplans.

    I live in the Denver, Colorado area.
