Can anyone help me with research for my degree.
I'm looking for information on ham radio enthusiasts who
suffer from manic depression (bipolar syndrome). I have
a theory about rf fields and their effect on electrical activity
in the brain, with particular emphasis on this particular
form of mental illness.
Can you put me in contact with anyone who could help me?
Thanks
Gerry G.
That's going to be hard to prove. Some people have handheld radios; some people have large radios with headphone apparati; some people have small radios with big antennas; some people have large radios with small
antennas; some people don't use their radios frequently; some people do; etc. Not to mention the other sources of RF exposure that people regularly get.
What you need is a controlled environment, a controlled experiment. You
push the button on the radio while in a sealed aluminum foil lined room, and the mouse/human/whatever has a fit. You can repeat this over and over at will. It works on XYZ frequency. John Q. Public can repeat the experiment
by doing whatever you've stipulated in your documents. Now you've got something to go to graduate school about.
