    Well, I guess I jumped the gun! I checked out some of the links, and
    they all appear dead.

    You're looking for the files rgram.zip and rgram_setup.zip, if that
    helps.

    I did and and did not find one that worked. The link on the ARRL site for Michigan is dead as a hammer as are several other links that I tried before posting my request.

    I took a chance and guessed at an e-mail address. He (Ed) responded and is going to send me a copy.
