  • TrueTTY software question

    Hi,
    I have downloaded v2.55 of TrueTTY by UA9OV. I haven't tried it out yet

    with a rig but just running through the modes I notice that in RTTY
    mode when I click the TX button, the red light comes on and stays on
    and any text I type in is "sent" as, I imagine, it should be.

    However, if I switch mode to AX25 and hit the TX button, the red light
    only stays on while I hold the mouse button down and it does not appear

    to try and transmit.


    I wonder if this is a limitation in the non-registered version or if
    there is something I am missing as I would like to try this out before
    possibly purchasing the software.
