Hi friends,
as budding radio ham, after a little dual bander radio, I'm going to
purchase my first fixed radio station (Kenwood TS-2000X), so, due to its
high price, I ought to protect it form lightining damages.
About the solution of this problem I've just found and visited this website:

I've not seen the owner's manual of that radio, yet, so I ask if anyone of
you has already had that radio station and tested any lightning protection device between antenna and radio transceiver.
Sorry, but, in my country this shrewdness seems to be neglected, so I ought
to ask some hint abroad...
