    building where exams were going on and blasted
    a group of people. Totally unclear whether he
    was after ONE particular person or just wanted
    to kill EVERYONE.

    quickly reversed and the perp remains at large.

    Students are still "hunkered down", but it's
    very likely the perp left the area entirely.

    This bit of mayhem was matched by at least three
    US soldiers being ambushed by an ISIS affiliate
    in Syria. Trump vowed to get even for that.
