    The birth rates are SO low amongst the nationals
    that there's nobody left to support the older
    people, nor the tax income.

    How long before "Japan" is just a geographical
    name, nothing to do with a specific culture ?

    Looks like Europe is going down that path too.

    USA ... a little behind, but still heading in
    that direction.

    Ban contraceptives ? Mandate x-kiddies ? Not
    sure it'd go over well. Pay-Per-Kid likely
    won't work, or be affordable. Might be too
    late already regardless.
